Guy F. Casaceli
May 23, 1927 – January 16, 2021
On January 16, 2021, Guy F. Casaceli, 93, was called by his Lord into the arms of his family including his wife Veronica Casaceli, his parents Guy and Bertha Casaceli, his siblings Felix, Hector, Louis, Mary Jo Casaceli and Kathy Krockenberger.
He is survived by his sister Bernadette LeFrois of Gates, his children Guy (Tracy) of Jupiter, Florida, Charles (Cindy) and Mary, both of Livonia, NY, and his six grandchildren Christina, Nichole, Guy, Glendon, Allison and Kimberly.
Guy was born in Rochester, NY and was a long time resident of Avon, NY. He graduated of Madison High School in Rochester NY in 1945 and received a Mechanical Engineering degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Guy served his country in the Korean War as a member of the U.S. Air Force. Guy retired from Eastman Kodak after over 40 years of service.
He will always be remembered for his wit, love of God, Country and family. He enjoyed working in his yard, puzzles, attending his grandchildren’s activities and watching the University of Miami and Buffalo Bills football games.
A funeral mass and celebration of life are planned for the summer, when all can share the joy of his life together.
