LIMA - December 28, 2020 at age 98. She is survived by her children, Eileen, Terence, Christopher (Maryrose), Diane, Kevin (Elizabeth) Shirley, Janine (Tim) Doherty, Charlene Bantel; brothers, Joseph (Gloria), Theodore (Nancy) Marron; sister-in-law, Martha Marron; grandchildren, Nicholas, Laura, Clay Shirley; many nieces and nephews.
Isabelle was predeceased by her parents, John, Sr. and Margaret Marron; siblings, Rita Wagner, Rosemary Laughlin, Ruth Hill, John Jr., Patrick, Robert Marron.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hill College, Greensburg, PA followed by a Masters of Science degree from Iowa State College, Ames , Iowa. Prior to her marriage, Mrs. Shirley was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture at Beltsville, MD Research Center with work primary in the new field of frozen food.
Her Funeral Mass will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Rose Church, Lima. Interment St. Rose Cemetery, Lima. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Rose Church, PO Box 8A, Lima, NY 14485.
