AVON - March 28, 2020 at age 75. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Kathleen Borate; several nieces and nephews.
Bill was predeceased by his sisters, Carolyne and Sally Borate; brother, Richard Borate.
He was an active member of North South Skirmish Association (N-SSA), and he was retired form Rochester Telephone where he worked for over 45 years.
Funeral Services will be held at a later date and time to be announced. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to the Livingston Co. Emergency Medical Services, 3360 Gypsy Lane, Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
