LIMA - September 24, 2019 at age 84. She is survived by her loving children, Jeffrey and Robert Gilbert; granddaughter, Jessica L. (Ryan) Simpson; several nieces and nephews. Carol was predeceased by her sister Joan Arnold; brothers Glen, Bruce and Richard Wideman.
Carol was a member of DAR, Lima Rotary Club and General Society of Mayflower Descendants.
Family and friends are invited to call Monday, September 30, 2019 from 4-7 PM at the O’Connell-Dougherty Funeral Home, 2041 Lake Ave., Lima. Private Interment Palmyra Cemetery, Palmyra, NY. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Honor Flight Rochester, P.O. Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692.
