Jay C. Krebbeks

LIMA - May 30, 2018 at age 64. He is survived by 2 daughters; mother, Joan Krebbeks; brother, Stephen (Cynthia) Krebbeks; nieces and nephews, Craig, Joshua, Jessica.

He was predeceased by his sister, Kathy Mantegna; father, Fay Krebbeks.

Family and friends are invited to call Monday 6-8PM at the O’Connell-Dougherty Funeral Home, 2041 Lake Ave., Lima, where Funeral Services will be held following calling hours at 8PM. Interment Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lima. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
